Wavin, a global infrastructure provider in the manufacturing sector, wanted to expand beyond its legacy website and CMS to support e-commerce and faster digital growth. Its monolithic technology stack was expensive to upgrade and limited the company’s ability to launch in new markets and deliver a modern customer experience. Contentstack was brought in as the headless CMS to help Wavin move toward a more flexible, MACH-based digital architecture.

With Contentstack, Wavin rolled out a new headless CMS across 36 countries, starting with pilot markets before expanding globally. The new setup improved localization, accelerated customer acquisition and onboarding, and cut order processing time from 20 minutes to less than half that time, a 50% reduction. Contentstack also helped Wavin gain better insight into market differences and enter new geographies more quickly.
