RetailMeNot, an online savings and promotions site, needed a user-friendly CMS that let teams access and modify content efficiently without engineering help. Before adopting Contentstack headless CMS, changes required developer deployments and content lived across varied tooling, creating slow, inconsistent DX delivery.

Contentstack provided a headless CMS implemented via a proof of concept, reusable content types, webhooks, and custom plugins to consolidate services into a single, intuitive interface. As a result, RetailMeNot moved content control to Product Operations, sped up delivery of experiences and fixes, enabled content changes without code or deployments, and reduced maintenance by shrinking the set of reusable integrations engineers must support.
