Reckitt, the global consumer goods company behind 84 brands across 200 countries, needed a better way to unify content across 700 websites and move beyond a homegrown CMS. Working with Contentstack and its Composable DXP, the company aimed to standardize content management, improve flexibility for brand identities, and make migrations and future updates easier and more scalable.
Contentstack enabled Reckitt to phase in a standardized content model and governance framework across its sites, improving control over accessibility, compliance, and front-end implementation. The results included a 40% increase in website performance scores, faster delivery of new features and brand updates, and lower maintenance and migration costs, with 450+ websites already migrated and more progressing quickly.
