Contentstack helped Mattel pair Shopify’s scalable commerce engine with enterprise-grade content management, allowing the company to publish content once and reuse it across multiple markets and storefronts while managing both product enrichment and non-product content. The result was a leaner, more agile ecosystem with daily flash sales across multiple brands, no crashing during major sales, and faster rollout of new experiences—at a fraction of the cost of previous multi-year projects.
