Contentstack delivered a phased headless rollout—starting with the logged-out experience, then checkout, quizzes, blog, logged-in experiences, and a professional site—allowing regional testing and iterative launches. The team moved from adoption in July 2020 to a first release in September 2020 (about two months), and marketers can now launch pages and campaigns in days without developer tickets, reducing engineering load and enabling continuous improvements with a planned full migration by July 2021.
