A Contentstack Case Study
Covéa Insurance, which serves about 2 million policyholders across the UK, needed to consolidate multiple CMSes, integrate content with an intelligent chatbot, and support the launch of an insurance-as-a-service white‑label platform. To address these challenges they selected Contentstack’s headless CMS (including its Image Delivery API) to provide a unified, API-first content layer for SPAs, chat, and platform customization.
Contentstack now powers Covéa’s customer experience across channels, enabling developers to release code within one sprint with no training, and allowing business users to update chatbot answers directly (the chatbot uses IBM Watson), which has reduced call center costs. Using Contentstack’s Image Delivery API cut image load times from multiple seconds to a fraction of a second, and the headless approach lets Covéa rapidly customize white‑label insurance solutions for individual clients.
