StoneX, a Fortune 100 Nasdaq-listed financial services company, relaunched its corporate website and needed a way to analyze performance and improve the digital experience for B2C and B2B clients. To support that effort, StoneX chose Contentsquare’s Experience Intelligence platform, including features like session replays and heatmaps, to better understand user behavior and identify opportunities to optimize the new site.
With Contentsquare, StoneX rolled out UX analytics across most of its public digital properties, helping multiple teams access engagement insights and collaborate on improvements. The company reported stronger data democratization, better adoption across marketing, design, and UX teams, and even uncovered a login issue affecting some MetaTrader clients through the Contentsquare and Google Analytics integration, reducing customer frustration and supporting business growth.
