Beerwulf, an online craft beer store, wanted to better understand customer behavior on its Packs product listing page to improve a key part of the shopping journey. Using Contentsquare’s Journey Analysis, the team discovered visitors were looping between the PLP and product detail pages while trying to compare beers in each pack.

Beerwulf implemented an interactive pop-up on the product listing page so shoppers could quickly view pack contents without leaving the page. With Contentsquare, this change led to a 2.4% increase in conversion rate, and 8% of visitors interacted with the new pop-up feature instead of navigating back and forth.
