New Look and Contentsquare ran an A/B test that replaced the first carousel image with UGC on key pages, giving the team behavioral insights into clicks and conversions. The results were strong: PDP visits rose by 23%, product conversion increased by 19%, and revenue saw a 5.5% uplift over one week, with potential uplift estimated at up to 98% if expanded across the site.
