How New Look optimized its product detail pages to drive additional revenue with Contentsquare

New Look, a British global fashion retailer, was seeing a steep drop in customers moving from product view to add to bag on its product detail pages, including a 34% drop-off rate. As a long-standing Contentsquare partner using Contentsquare’s Experience Analytics, the team needed to pinpoint where PDP performance was lagging and decide what to test next.

Using Contentsquare’s Journey Analysis and Heatmaps, New Look ran 16 PDP experiments focused on inline imagery, color swatch previews, and the size selector. The changes lifted desktop add-to-bag rates by 3.7%, 2.7%, and 3.9% respectively, helping Contentsquare and New Look improve the shopping experience and drive additional revenue through small but meaningful incremental gains.
