M1, one of Singapore’s leading telecommunications companies, needed better attribution and deeper insight into how digital campaigns and customer journeys were driving conversions on its content-rich website. The team worked with Contentsquare and its Experience Intelligence platform to understand where users converted, where they dropped off, and what was affecting the buying journey and sign-up process.
Using Contentsquare’s heatmaps, funnel analysis, session replay, and journey analysis, M1 identified a non-clickable “Sign up” image causing repeated taps and confusion. After adding a click-through to the signup form, M1 reduced tap recurrence and achieved a +143% monthly increase in conversions in successful signups, with Contentsquare also helping make reporting and optimization more efficient.
