HARTING Technology Group, a global supplier of connectivity solutions, needed to improve the performance of its product detail pages (PDPs), which were a key part of its ecommerce journey. Using Contentsquare’s Journey Analysis, Heatmaps, and customer feedback, HARTING identified issues such as too many CTAs, information overload, and dead-end journeys that were hurting the customer experience.
HARTING redesigned its PDPs based on insights from Contentsquare, adding a sticky box with key product details, a Matching Products section, clearer information hierarchy, and a reformatted Downloads area. With Contentsquare, HARTING increased PDP downloads by 38%, and 4% of PDP clicks went to the new Matching Products section, which now receives over 30,000 monthly views.
