Center Parcs, part of Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs Group, wanted to redesign its website to deliver a seamless mobile-first experience and reduce friction in the customer journey. With more than half of revenue coming from digital, the company turned to Contentsquare to better understand user behavior and improve key moments in the booking flow.
Using Contentsquare’s heatmaps, journey analysis, and session replay, Center Parcs identified that the “Number of Rooms” filter on search results was heavily used but poorly positioned. After moving it and simplifying filtering, Contentsquare helped deliver a site redesign that drove a $22.5 million increase in annual revenue, along with a 5% lift in overall conversions, a 46% increase in mobile conversion rate, and a 118% rise in mobile revenue.
