With Contentsquare, Buzz Bingo used A/B testing, form analysis, session replay, and heatmaps to spot friction points and optimize the journey. The vendor helped the team simplify registration, add a login CTA for existing users, and promote club pre-registration with a “Beat the queues” button. As a result, click rates on the deposit button rose by 27.8% and pre-registrations for physical clubs nearly doubled, showing clear measurable impact from Contentsquare.
