Buzz Bingo, the U.K.’s largest omnichannel bingo operator, needed a better way to understand how customers were using its non-ecommerce site and to move from gut-feel decisions to data-driven improvements. With Contentsquare, Buzz Bingo used A/B testing, form analysis, session replay, and heatmaps to spot friction points and optimize the journey. The vendor helped the team simplify registration, add a login CTA for existing users, and promote club pre-registration with a “Beat the queues” button.
