Space NK, a niche beauty brand with stores across the U.K., U.S., and China, wanted to expand its ecommerce business and create a more personalized digital experience. To do that, it turned to Contentsquare to better understand how content influenced visits, how users moved through the site, and why visitors behaved the way they did.

Using Contentsquare, Space NK discovered that customers who clicked product reviews had a much higher add-to-bag rate, but relatively few PDP visitors were engaging with reviews.
