BBVA Compass, a consumer-focused bank, set out to engage Main Street readers by making its financial expertise accessible and guiding customers toward better financial decisions. The challenge was to produce compelling, trustworthy content that would build brand awareness and position BBVA as a thought leader while actually helping consumers.
