Manulife, the global insurance and financial services company, needed a more cost-effective way to support content marketing across its worldwide business units as digital buyer behavior shifted and teams struggled to find and reuse existing assets. With Contently, Manulife aimed to create a central repository for content while reducing the need to produce everything from scratch.
Contently’s Stories library helped Manulife repurpose articles for local audiences, share internal communications and sales enablement materials, and provide content to financial advisors more quickly. From July to December 2016, Contently helped Manulife avoid about $1.2 million in marketing costs, while also improving cross-department collaboration and streamlining content production.
