Italian energy company Eni launched Eniday in 2015 to build a digital hub of analysis and storytelling around global energy issues, but needed outside expertise and production skills to scale its publishing, reach international audiences, and tell more human, impact-driven stories. The company sought a partner to supplement its in-house team and raise the editorial and multimedia quality of its output.
Eni partnered with Contently to provide technology, talent, and production strategy, combining in-house resources with an international content team to bring projects like the short documentary Powering Mozambique to life. The collaboration produced 400 pieces of content and helped Eniday grow engagement—return visits increased 120%—while delivering emotionally resonant stories that showcased Eni’s industry expertise.
