How STIB-MIVB Keeps Passengers Informed Quickly With Content Stadium

STIB-MIVB, Brussels’ local public transport operator and Belgium’s largest urban public transport company, needed a faster way to keep passengers informed during crises and day-to-day disruptions. Its social media team often faced dozens of urgent updates in a single day, but designers were overbooked and the team’s earlier DIY approach in Canva was time-consuming, hard to scale, and made it difficult to maintain brand consistency. Content Stadium built STIB-MIVB a smart crisis template in Content Stadium CREATE, with automated line selection, one-click language switching, preset brand assets, direct publishing to social channels, and easy resizing for different platforms. The team also received text and YouTube thumbnail templates, which enabled them to create more content themselves while staying on-brand. As a result, STIB-MIVB says it can now produce visuals in about 5 minutes, publishes faster during crises, and maintains consistent branding with less reliance on designers.
