How Sephora Keeps Its Social Media Branding Consistent Across 16 Markets With Content Stadium

Sephora, the French multinational beauty retailer, needed a better way to keep its social media content recognizable and on-brand across 16 markets in Europe and the Middle East. After revamping its social strategy, the team wanted to add more Sephora brand identity to images and videos so posts would be attributed to Sephora, not just the products featured, but its local teams lacked the tools, skills, and time to do this consistently. Sephora turned to Content Stadium and its CREATE template-based content creation solution.

Content Stadium implemented a simple, fast, template-based workflow that lets Sephora’s 16 local teams add branded elements, text, colors, logos, and other design assets to images and videos in just a few clicks, on desktop or mobile. The result was stronger brand attribution, more consistent branding across all 16 markets, and much more efficient content production; Sephora signed up for a 3-year period and described Content Stadium as a “life-changer” and a “quick win” for all markets.
