Peuterey, the fashion brand, wanted to renew its customer engagement strategy by connecting all of its touchpoints — e-commerce, retail, wholesale, website, and social media — into a single CRM view. Working with Contactlab and its Marketing Cloud suite, the company aimed to centralize customer data, understand user behavior, and build more relevant contact plans for its distinct B2C and B2B audiences.
Contactlab implemented an integrated customer relationship and marketing solution, including consulting, creative services, and a revised email and loyalty-card registration process. As a result, Peuterey can now track channel performance and campaign ROI in real time, while using richer behavioral data to personalize communications; the case study also highlights a notable purchase-value difference between digitally contactable retail customers (€321 average purchase) and customers registered online (€530 average purchase).
