Original Marines, a fashion brand from IMAP Export Spa, worked with Contactlab to unify multiple outdated databases and connect online and offline channels. Their challenge was to retrain and integrate customer data with their CRM, generate in-store demand, improve newsletter engagement, and create a coordinated digital experience aligned with their refreshed brand image.
Contactlab cleaned and consolidated the contact database, recovered previously acquired email addresses, and built a personalized digital direct marketing plan using email and SMS through the MyOriginal loyalty programme. The campaign delivered strong results, including 9% of site traffic from direct campaigns, 90% recovered email addresses after onboarding, a 34% open rate, 31% click-through rate, 36% average mobile open rate, and a 95% increase in SMS delivery.
