Despar Nordest (Aspiag), a leading mass distribution retailer in Italy, wanted to grow its “Casa di Vita” community and strengthen engagement around healthy eating and lifestyle content. To support this goal, it worked with Contactlab using Contactlab Marketing Cloud and Contactsend, along with Facebook/Instagram channels, to attract new members and better personalize communications.

Contactlab implemented a three-step acquisition and nurturing strategy: identifying engaged email users, building a Custom Audience and lookalike audience on Facebook, and running Lead Ads to capture new contacts and add them to the database for targeted email follow-up. The campaign reached 76,672 people, generated 1,661 new contacts in 14 days, delivered a $0.30 cost per lead, and increased the database by 5% in less than two weeks.
