Adler Pelzer, a global supplier of acoustic and thermal vehicle components, faced the challenge of managing complex development projects across its international sites. Their previous method of manually maintained Excel spreadsheets could not handle the required coordination with customers and internal supply chains, nor meet customer specifications for guaranteeing delivery reliability. To address this, they selected the Project Office solution from CONTACT Software to standardize project management globally.

By implementing CONTACT Software's Project Office, initially on-premises and then migrating to a cloud-based SaaS solution, Adler Pelzer achieved significantly improved cybersecurity, performance, and user experience. The results were substantial: user numbers more than doubled within six months of the cloud migration to around 600, with an expectation to exceed 1,000. The solution provided greater cost transparency, enabling earlier intervention to protect profit margins and increasing profitability at the start of production.
