How HRSE transformed exam management with Constructor Proctor

HRSE (Human Resources Swiss Exams) faced a complex testing challenge: administering exams to more than 1,500 applicants twice yearly across Switzerland while reducing the logistical burden of renting many physical locations, preserving exam integrity in remote settings, and scaling to support multiple languages. To solve this, HRSE launched the HRSE@home project and selected Constructor Tech to provide its AI proctoring product, Constructor Proctor, integrated with STEAG AG’s edoniq platform.

Constructor Tech implemented Constructor Proctor after pilot tests, working with HRSE’s IT team and delivering staff training and student orientation. The solution—real‑time AI monitoring, browser lockdown, multi‑language scalability and seamless edoniq integration—reduced academic misconduct, freed instructors from heavy monitoring duties, improved candidate satisfaction with remote testing, and enabled HRSE to efficiently serve its large applicant pool.
