Country Homes, a boutique Toronto-area homebuilder with more than 55 years and 3,000 homes to its name, faced disconnected departments, manual processes, and weak trade control that threatened their premium customer experience. To address this, they worked with Constellation HomeBuilder Systems to fully leverage NEWSTAR software—upgrading to NEWSTAR Enterprise and implementing NEWSTAR Sales (with DocuSign), Design Studio Manager, and OnLocation Warranty.

Constellation HomeBuilder Systems’ solution automated lot- and model-specific purchase orders, centralized trade and scheduling management, synchronized data across sales, accounting, design and warranty, and enabled a décor studio workflow that auto-generates contract addendums and customer Wish Lists. As a result, Country Homes gained stronger purchasing authority over 15–20 trades, smoother real-time accounting workflows, reduced administrative errors in sales, faster décor appointments, and consistent lot-by-lot warranty service—consolidating and streamlining dozens of operations.
