Microchip Manufacturer turned to Consilio LLC for help with an FTC antitrust probe involving 25 custodians and five years of data. With more than 5.6 million documents in scope, the company needed a way to control review volume while meeting a tight discovery timeline.

Consilio LLC implemented a TAR 1.0 workflow using Brainspace, starting with a categorical analysis to remove more than 400,000 unreviewable or non-responsive documents before model training. Consilio also managed TAR training while collections were still ongoing and used statistical and graphical analysis to support a lower recall rate, ultimately helping the client remove over 2.6 million documents from production and privilege review.
