Global 50 Law Firm, serving as plaintiff’s counsel in a pro bono litigation matter, faced a tight deposition deadline and had to review a large production of roughly 31,000 documents with limited review resources. The firm reviewed the highest-priority documents first, meeting its deposition schedule within three days and minimizing wasted effort; later, Consilio’s quality-control workflow identified an additional 1,600 likely relevant documents. Overall, the case study says predictive coding could have reduced review to about 30% of the corpus, eliminating 70% of documents from consideration and saving an estimated 200 attorney hours.
