Global Telecom Organization turned to Consilio LLC after a series of acquisitions left it with a large volume of legacy contracts stored across disconnected systems and incomplete document sets. The company needed a centralized way to review and manage obligations across current and future contracts, but lacked the internal resources and budget to handle the project on its own. Consilio LLC reassembled more than 2,000 contracts from disparate, multilingual documents, then extracted 90 required fields aligned to the client’s contract management system. Using its review technology and a global reviewer network, Consilio handled English-language contracts in India and foreign-language contracts in the U.K., delivering translated clauses where needed and uploading the final customized output into the client’s CMS. The project was completed within budget and on time, and the client responded with additional work immediately after the successful engagement.
