Consilio LLC created a warehouse-based workflow combining physical organization with digital indexing, including a custom Relativity-based application, quality controls, and searchable “card catalog” style indexes for folders, boxes, employees, and class members. When full manual review proved impractical, Consilio used statistical sampling to show that not all boxes needed review, significantly reducing time and cost; the system also located five mis-shipped boxes out of 7,000, demonstrating exceptional precision in records management.
