Global Energy Services Company partnered with Consilio LLC to respond to a joint U.S. SEC and DOJ investigation spanning the U.S. and U.K. The company faced tight timelines, specialized data handling requirements, and the need for a coordinated cross-border review to reduce risk and control costs, using services including Secure Virtual Review and Immediate Case Assessment (ICA).

Consilio LLC quickly mobilized under an existing MSA, setting up U.S. and U.K. project teams and workspaces, supporting data encryption handling, and running a modified ICA with search term analysis, threading, and date filtering. Consilio also managed first-level review and production, ultimately delivering 16 volumes of materials to the SEC and 6 volumes to the DOJ, totaling about 34,000 documents, and was later retained for additional cross-border matters.
