Aquent Studios, the creative agency arm of the global staffing firm Aquent, faced a challenge with its market positioning and perception. Despite having a strong client roster, its brand was overshadowed by its staffing roots and nondisclosure agreements. To compete effectively, they engaged Consigli Design Co for a comprehensive rebranding and repositioning service.

Consigli Design Co developed a new brand strategy centered on the concept of "co/creation," which became the core of the agency's new tagline and visual identity. They created a digital-native brand, complete with a new logo system, a design system, a component library, and a fully realized website experience. The successful rebrand was recognized with two Gold w3 Awards in 2023.
