FPA Multifamily, a national real estate operator with nearly 130,000 units, struggled to acquire timely, accurate utility data and could not generate reliable reports or pursue ENERGY STAR and investor disclosures with its previous solution. To address these bottlenecks, FPA engaged Goby—now part of Conservice ESG—for integrated ESG technology and expert support, including utility data automation, ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager data entry, dashboards, and ESG consulting.
Conservice ESG (through its Goby offering) implemented hands-on ESG consulting, automated utility data acquisition, portfolio KPI management, ENERGY STAR and GRESB submission support, and dashboards for actionable insights; Conservice also now oversees utility billing and expense management. Within one year FPA saw a 76% year‑over‑year improvement in its GRESB score, faster reporting and benchmarking, and reduced data burdens across the portfolio.
