Case Study: Palm NFT Studio enables a seamless global NFT drop with ConsenSys

A ConsenSys Case Study

Preview of the Palm NFT Studio Case Study

Over 32,000 users from 130 countries applied to purchase Damien Hirst’s NFTs on the Palm network

The customer, Palm NFT Studio, collaborated with the vendor ConsenSys to launch a large-scale NFT drop for artist Damien Hirst. Their challenge was to create a seamless and accessible experience for a global audience that included many users new to Web3, while successfully managing the allocation, payment, and distribution of 10,000 NFTs.

ConsenSys, leveraging its Consensys NFT service, Infura, and Codefi, engineered a streamlined process. The solution featured a simple email registration that deferred the need for a crypto wallet until purchase, integrated multiple payment rails, and minted NFTs on the energy-efficient Palm network. The result was a highly successful drop with 32,492 applicants from 130 countries, all 10,000 NFTs sold without vulnerabilities, and robust secondary market activity with an average sale price of around $41,528.
