The customer, Agravis Raiffeisen AG, a major German agricultural company, faced the challenge of implementing the SAP S/4HANA system group-wide via its DOCK programme. To support its core merchandise management processes, Agravis partnered with consenso as its implementation partner for this significant digital transformation, starting with a rollout in its Agricultural Machinery division.

consenso successfully completed the SAP S/4HANA rollout for the Agricultural Machinery division, which involved all twelve technical subsidiaries and 113 locations. The solution included AI-supported master data maintenance to manage around 14 million spare parts, ensuring high data quality. As a result, approximately 2,400 employees are now operating on the new SAP system, successfully supporting the division's comprehensive product and service portfolio.
