Case Study: Credit Agricole delivers Family 500+ applications faster with Consdata

A Consdata Case Study

Credit Agricole handles 0% of Poland's 500+ applications with Consdata

Credit Agricole, a bank in Poland, faced the challenge of rapidly developing a digital application process for the government's new Family 500+ benefit program. With a very short timeline imposed by the government and a desire to avoid disrupting its own internal development projects, the bank needed an efficient solution to integrate with the government's emp@tia API and provide a seamless customer experience. Credit Agricole partnered with vendor Consdata and utilized its eximee platform to meet this challenge.

Consdata implemented its ready-made eximee solution, enabling Credit Agricole to quickly launch a fully integrated application process for the benefit program within its e-banking system. This allowed the bank's customers to apply easily with pre-filled data. The project was completed in less than three months, avoiding internal development delays. As a result, Credit Agricole successfully participated in the program from its inception, handling a share of the nearly 4 million applications. Furthermore, the successful partnership led Credit Agricole to later use the Consdata platform for additional sales processes like online credit applications.
