Credit Agricole, a leading global bank, partnered with vendor Consdata to enhance its online installment loan application process. Their challenge was to create a solution that would allow customers to seamlessly apply for a loan immediately after making an online purchase, with a goal of finalizing the application in under 15 minutes.

Consdata implemented a solution using its eximee platform, which integrated the application form with the bank's workflow and online stores. The solution included features like identity confirmation via bank transfer and SMS authorization. This allowed customers to complete their loan applications quickly, and the bank could now offer a credit simulator to shoppers. As a result, customers could finalize an application in as little as 15 minutes, and the solution is now used by approximately 300 online shops, helping to strengthen Credit Agricole's leadership in installment sales in Poland.
