The Limited, a women’s clothing retailer, needed a better way to hear directly from customers, show them they were being listened to, and share feedback with the right teams for follow-up. To address this challenge, The Limited worked with Connexity’s Bizrate Insights buyer surveys and reporting to capture customer opinions, understand issues like promotions and return policies, and compare performance against industry benchmarks.

Connexity implemented Bizrate Insights, and The Limited now receives about 1,000 completed surveys each week. The feedback has helped improve IT, e-commerce, stores, merchandising, and operations, and even led to changes such as allowing petite-size returns in-store. With Connexity’s competitive benchmarks and customer insights, The Limited achieved consistently strong KPI scores and a high loyalty rating.
