Nine West partnered with Connexity’s Bizrate Insights to gather unbiased customer feedback and better understand where shoppers were struggling on its ecommerce site. Although the brand had plenty of internal data, it needed direct input from customers to improve the shopping experience, especially during checkout.
Using Connexity’s Bizrate Insights surveys and customer comments, Nine West identified checkout friction points and made site changes such as moving error messages and streamlining the process. As a result, Nine West reported a 10% lift in checkout conversions, showing measurable improvement from the feedback-driven changes.
