The vendor’s solution cut average request time by about 3.5 minutes, saved 490 OR hours (≈€96,000) in one year, and—over eight months—delivered roughly €96,000 in OR savings plus €131,600 from simplified hospital communications; response times fell from 20 minutes to 45 seconds for sterile supplies, 2 minutes to 12 seconds for porters, and radiology waits from 1 hour to 15 minutes, while patient satisfaction and staff morale improved.
