Centro Hospitalar Lisboa Central (CHULC), a network of six healthcare facilities in Lisbon, needed a faster, quieter way to alert staff to suspected COVID-19 patients during admission and triage; previous email and call workflows caused delays, increased patient anxiety, and inefficient communication. They engaged Connexall to deliver an automated alerting solution — including a "COVID-19 suspected case" alarm with custom tones and mandatory acknowledgements.
