By leveraging the ConnectWise Partner Program, CIT utilized Market Development Funds (MDF) to host educational events and employed the sales automation tool GlassHive to generate leads. This solution enabled ConnectWise partner CIT to achieve double-digit year-over-year growth in cybersecurity and successfully convert over 20,000 customer endpoints from a traditional antivirus to a fully managed EDR solution.
