Thales UK, a global aerospace company, sought to inspire future talent and increase applications, particularly from female candidates, through a meaningful virtual work experience program. To address this challenge in a competitive market, they partnered with Connectr to leverage its technology-driven engagement platform.

Connectr implemented a multi-faceted virtual program featuring live events, mentoring, and digital content. The solution included three virtual work experience days for over 50 students, engaging learning materials, and trained Thales ambassadors to mentor participants. The program delivered significant results, including 42 participants, a 97% average task completion rate, and 785 messages exchanged between mentors and students. Notably, Connectr helped Thales engage a more diverse cohort, with 38% of attendees identifying as female.
