Veolia Energia Warszawa, a major provider for Warsaw's district heating system, faced the challenge of needing to centralize and increase the efficiency of managing its vast network. To meet stricter environmental rules and maintain high service quality, they partnered with vendor ConnectPoint to implement a digital solution for collecting, analyzing, and displaying real-time data from across their infrastructure.

ConnectPoint delivered its DOD (Dispatcher Operation Dashboard) system and a Central Measurement Data Repository. This integrated solution provided a single decision center, digitalized processes, and enabled faster breakdown management. The implementation resulted in a more sustainable operation, reducing CO2 emissions by at least 14,500 tonnes annually and lowering heat and power losses, while also improving customer service through quicker response times.
