MPWiK Wrocław, a major municipal water and sewage company in Poland, faced the challenge of managing its extensive and aging infrastructure without a unified view of its operational data. To improve efficiency and prepare for climate-related emergencies, they needed to integrate their IT and OT systems into a single, real-time data repository. They selected ConnectPoint to implement a solution using the OSIsoft PI system.

ConnectPoint built a Central Data Repository that integrated all of MPWiK's data sources, enabling real-time analysis and visualization. The solution provided functionalities including water production reporting, noise logger dashboards, a fixed asset model, a notification system, and an analytical module. This gave MPWiK a comprehensive overview of its network, allowing for more accurate forecasting and improved operational decision-making.
