The customer, SXSW, partnered with vendor Connect&GO to implement an RFID solution for a Netflix activation. Connect&GO's solution utilized scan touch points for entry, exit, and activity tracking, providing detailed demographic reporting on guest behavior. They implemented a gamified points system that attendees could redeem for prizes. This allowed SXSW and Netflix organizers to analyze real-time data to gauge interest in the film and understand which activities were most popular, successfully increasing overall guest engagement.
