Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS) needed digital signage that was easy to understand and edit so staff could quickly update displays with documents, PowerPoints and graphs and ensure each department’s information was titled and shown correctly and concisely. ConnectedSign was engaged to deliver a secure, branded digital-signage solution tailored to TBS’s editorial and accessibility needs.

ConnectedSign created five reusable HD templates (1920 x 1080 at 96 dpi), employed template extractors to meet TBS’s strict security requirements, and iterated on branding (including a chosen teal palette). ConnectedSign also provides ongoing technical and design support, resulting in crisp, consistent screens that streamline content updates, ensure correct departmental displays, and better support TBS’s internal communications and operational objectives.
