Bluewater Health, a large public hospital in Ontario, engaged ConnectedSign to solve a wayfinding and visitor-navigation challenge. They needed an interactive digital signage solution—a touchscreen display with integrated, detailed wayfinding—that would let visitors and new employees pinpoint their location and follow the most beneficial route while maintaining Bluewater’s soothing color palette.

ConnectedSign developed a six‑template digital sign system: two interaction prompts, two touchable/scrollable wayfinding templates with alphabetic filters in Content Manager, and two templates for campus news using RSS/XML and CSV feeds. ConnectedSign also created the map data and continues to provide IT and design support. The deployed solution gives staff and visitors a clear, easy visual guide to navigate the campus, improving on-site wayfinding and information delivery for Bluewater Health.
