Arcadia University needed a scalable, cost‑effective way to push important information to a 4,000+ student body, faculty and staff while standing out visually to current and prospective students. They engaged ConnectedSign to evaluate and deliver a digital signage strategy that would integrate with existing infrastructure, minimize operational expense, and include high-impact video walls and individual displays.

ConnectedSign delivered an all‑in‑one solution—digital signage software, cost‑effective high‑end video wall displays, iPads and mounts, single displays with mounts, player PCs, and training services (including their Basic Digital Signage Software Training). By leveraging Arcadia’s in‑house Graphic Design team and ConnectedSign’s training and ongoing technical support, a designer with no prior digital signage experience was able to produce content and deploy multiple video walls and displays campus‑wide. The result is a scalable, integrated visual communication system that reaches Arcadia’s 4,000+ community, pops in high‑visibility locations, and lowers operational costs through practical, wholesale‑priced hardware and continued vendor support.
