Caremark, a major UK home care provider with 7,000+ staff and 115 franchise offices, needed a better way to engage its distributed workforce and improve communication across support staff, franchise owners, and remote care teams. To address this, Caremark turned to Connecteam, an all-in-one workforce management app, looking for a modern mobile intranet that could support training, documents, peer communication, and employee engagement.
Connecteam helped Caremark roll out a tailored platform for company news, feedback surveys, employee recognition, shared policies and manuals, and mandatory eLearning. After a successful trial with three franchise offices, Caremark began implementing Connecteam across its network, becoming the first UK care provider to launch a staff management app; the result was stronger belonging, better engagement and retention, and ultimately improved care for customers.
